The soaker hose worked well on my fruit trees in a very hot and dry summer. The downward drip side prevented evaporation and focused on bringing water to the roots. It was the easiest hose to put away and is well made and study. It also has a anti blowout washer to regulate the hose water pressure. An extra washer also comes with the hose.
